DAY 1: DRIVE FROM ARUSHA TO NDUTU PLAINS

5hrs drive from Arusha to Ndutu plain within Ngrongoro Conservatio

We had better have a hearty, early breakfast since we have a long, bumpy, dusty road full of discovery and excitement ahead of us. After breakfast, pack your bags and travel out of the camp or lodge, passing by the picturesque Ngorongoro Conservation Area on the way for a wildlife drive. Along the trip, you may catch a glimpse of cape buffalo, herds of baboons, or perhaps elephants and leopards in the dense forest beneath the mist-covered rain forests of the reserve. You also can't miss the opportunity to view the crater from the rim by stopping at the crater view point with your binoculars.

Numerous optional activities that need additional costs are available in the Ngorongoro area. One such activity is the Olduvai Gorge Museum, also referred to as the Cradle of Humankind because it has some of the oldest fossils ever discovered that show signs of human settlement. Visit/tour one of the well-known real Maasai bomas to see and take part in traditional Maasai dances. You can also indulge in a little retail therapy at the neighbourhood market. The two aforementioned activities come at an extra expense.

When you arrive in the plains of Ndutu Area for a full afternoon wildlife drive, you will observe that the terrain is changing from hilly woodlands to plain and green grasslands. Ndutu is a part of the path for the yearly migration of over 2 million wildebeests as well as thousands of zebras, antelope, and gazelles. The ideal time of year The calving season for wildebeest spans from December to April. Thousands of predators prey on young, defenceless wildebeest during this season. These waterholes, which are surrounded by Lake Masek and Ndutu Lake, provide an abundance of species throughout the dry season. Six different kinds of big cats call the Ndutu home: cheetahs, lions, leopards, servals, and wildcats. The exciting wildlife drive will last until dusk. Dinner and nighttime will be spent at the lodge or Tents.

DAY 2: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE NDUTU PLAINS.

After your early morning breakfast, you will undoubtedly be eager to resume where you left off during the previous day's wildebeest migration. Hit the bush at daybreak for another opportunity to see the breathtaking wildlife extravaganza. You can choose to either enjoy a leisurely breakfast before leaving for a full day of wildlife drives, carrying a packed lunch with you until dusk. Alternatively, you might simply get a cup of coffee at six in the morning, head out for a dawn game drive until ten in the morning, return to your lodging for breakfast, unwind for a little, and then head out for an afternoon game drive (bring a packed lunch). Depending on where the migration is, today's game drive will follow it until dusk. Dinner and spending the night in the tent or lodge.

DAY 3: NDUTU PLAIN TO CENTRAL SERENGETI PARK

The eagerly anticipated enthusiasm for today will now be quite high. (Watching ground animals from above is a once-in-a-lifetime experience; don't miss the seasonal hot balloon ride in this area.) After eating a hearty breakfast and loading up your safari vehicle with belongings, head out for an en route game drive from the Ndutu plain to the world's most renowned wildlife area, the Serengeti National area, which is nestled amidst endless fields of savanna grasslands. The name "Serengeti" comes from the indigenous African language, which means "endless plains." Seeing the grassland stretch out in front of you until it merges with the stunning blue sky at the horizon is an incredibly beautiful sight. The magnificent "Big 5" (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, and leopard) may be seen in the Serengeti Park. The largest concentration of plains game drive remaining in Africa is sustained by the Serengeti habitat. The enormous granite boulders known as the "Kopjes," which are surrounded by a sea of grass, offer enough of cover for a wide range of plants and animals. A hearty dinner and a restful night's sleep at the lodge or camping in the heart of this wonderful park round off the exciting day.

DAY 4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK –OVERNIGHT NGORONGORO

On this final day in the stunning Serengeti National Park, your guide will be prepared for an early morning game drive before breakfast. Alternatively, you can choose to celebrate this morning's sunrise in the sky by taking a historic hot air balloon safari, which includes champagne toasts upon landing and a well-prepared hot bush breakfast in the wilderness. This unique experience can be added to your safari for just an additional $650 per person. When the first rays of sunlight hit the forest, you could see vultures soaring across the sky, cats hunting, and other grazers and predators congregating for the early greenery. The incredible

Depending on the season, the wildebeest migration is a remarkable sight. The game drive ends at around 10 a.m. to fully enjoy this magnificent dawn spectacle. After a leisurely breakfast, you will return to the lodge or camp. Then, you will load your bags into the safari jeep and head out for another EN-ROUTE game drive through the Serengeti via a different route, providing plenty of opportunities to spot the animals that eluded you yesterday. You will spend the night at the campsite or lodge at the RIM of Ngorongoro Crater.

DAY 5: NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR – BACK TO ARUSHA

5-6hrs game drive in the crater, 3hrs drive back to Arusha

Your safari guide will be prepared to begin the descent into the Crater at 6:00 am. In order to be the first group down the crater, we have to drive through the dense canopy of the Ngorongoro rain forest and pass by large, healthy baboons by the side of the road. Your guide offers to stop at the crater view point so you can take pictures of everything that is visible through your binoculars. However, this is not always possible in the morning. Then descend 610 metres to the Ngorongoro Crater's Caldera bottom, which is regarded by some as the world's eighth wonder. When you first see this enormous, lush caldera from the panoramic

perspective, you'll quickly realise why it has garnered such a high reputation in the world. The renowned Big Five animals are among the more than 120 species of mammals that call the Ngorongoro Conservation Area home. It is also one of the most sought-after safari locations worldwide that no one is willing to miss. It's a particularly ideal site to witness the pride of lions and vast numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water, as well as the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a solitary lunch out on the grass plains.

Some of Africa's most recognisable wildlife faces may be seen and photographed from the comfort of your open-roof top safari vehicle. The crater is home to an abundance of wildlife, including a sizable population of wildebeest, zebras, antelope, cape buffalo, and much more. It is one of the greatest places in Africa and the globe for safaris. Predators that live there include lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas. Following the day's adventures and excitement, you'll enjoy a picnic lunch by the edge of Lake Magadi, where you can see the greatest flamingo sightings. Don't forget to watch out for the black kites, who will be waiting to steal your food. Drive back to Arusha in the late afternoon after climbing the crater wall. END OF TRIP
