Lake Natron

Lake Natron is one of the best places to be added in your Tanzania safari plan. Lake Natron is a salt alkaline lake located at the base of Great Rift Valley escarpment bordering Ngorongoro Highland’s and Mount Oldoinyo Lengai.

The Lake Natron is a thrilling phenomenon of its own, with caustic waters enclosed by a crust of sodden grey volcanic ash and desiccated salt surrounded by swamp and hot springs. The alkalinity of the lake attracts many flamingoes as a breeding zone, The area is rich with most traditional masai culture and it is the starting point for Mt. Lengai climb.

Lake Eyasi hunting Safari.

Lake Eyasi is a seasonal Shallow soda lake surrounded by volcanic mountains bordering Ngorongoro Conservation Area just at the bottom of the Great Rift Valley at the foot of the Serengeti plateau Lake Eyasi is the habitat of large populations of flamingos and pelicans in the breeding season

The Hadzabe (bushmen) and Datoga who still hunt for food, live around Lake Eyasi, the heirs of the very first people, who still have a symbiotic relationship with their environment, purest example of an anarchist society with no rules You visit Lake Eyasi if you want to get acquainted with the life of the Hadzabe tribe. The presence of these traditional bushmen is of great significance for the region. Walking is the most important activity here.

Why Climbers fail to reach summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro

Reaching Highest Peak of Africa is easier with just a walking stick, it is just 19,341 feet high but with extreme altitude. With our dedicated team, detailed day to day briefing and health checkup, you shouldn’t fail to get to the peak unless:

  • Lack of fitness: Reaching to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro require a decent level of physical ability
  • Altitude Sickness: This is caused by reduced oxygen; we recommend extra day for acclimatization to adjust.
  • Mental Weakness: mental preparedness is important. Climbing Kilimanjaro demands determination, resilience, and a strong mindset
  • Injuries: Minimize getting injured by proper training. Most injuries occur due to muscle or joint overuse
  • Trekking Gears: Not having the right things can jeopardize your trip. Check our list for the best gears.
