Day 1: Naribi to Met Station
Day 2: Met Station to Mackinder Camp.
Day 3: Mackinder Camp to Point Lenana to Met Satation
Day 4: Met Station Back to Nairobi.
Arrive in time for a picnic lunch by driving north to the Naromoru Park gate on the slopes of Mount Kenya. Walk leisurely through the forested mountains from the park entrance to the Met station, which is at an elevation of 3048 metres, for dinner and overnight (3–4 hours of hiking) – LD
The ascent to Mackinder's camp resumes after breakfast. This walk offers a breathtaking perspective of the main peaks and takes about five to seven hours. You have the option to walk from the camp into the Teleki Valley in the afternoon (optional). Dinner at Mackinder's Camp-BLD and overnight stay
Predawn, or early morning, attempt to reach point Lenana in time to see the sunrise from the summit. After a long breakfast break at Mackinder's camp, the peak descent continues on to Met Station for lunch. There is an optional visit to the nearby forests during the afternoon leisure time. Dinner and lodging at BLD's Met Station
Following breakfast, we resume our stroll to the park entrance to board the van that will transport us back to Nairobi, where we will arrive by late afternoon.
