DAY 1: ZANZIBAR TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Around 4 a.m., check out of your Zanzibar hotel. Your driver will come get you at 5 a.m. and take you to the airport. Once you've checked in, head to the airport in Arusha or Kilimanjaro. After meeting your driving guide, hop in the safari car and enjoy a two-hour trip to Tarangire Park, which takes us around the western side of Arusha town. Your eyes will be exposed to the vibrant and unique Tanzanian terrain along the way, as well as the mix of local markets and farming, possibly with a glimpse of Maasai ranchers moving their herds of goats to fresh pastures in the morning.

During the two-hour trip, you have the chance to learn general information from your knowledgeable driver-guide, who skillfully responds to all of your inquiries. It dawns on you that the Tarangire Park gate is right in front of you. Start your game drive with a breathtaking view of the Tarangire River surrounded by an unending stretch of golden savannah trees. The river itself is year-round and provides the region's animals with an essential supply of water for the duration of the season. The river, which is bordered by Baobab and acacia trees, is frequently visited by the park's enormous herds of elephants as well as other herbivores like zebras and antelopes.

.. Additionally, it is the most effective predation sport for predators to easily make the kill. You can choose to eat your picnic lunch at the picnic area or beneath an acacia or baobab tree. Your guide will provide it to you. Continue your game drive around the park after lunch, where you may spot lions, leopards, cape buffalo, and a wide range of antelopes. Should you be extremely fortunate, you may even spot threatened species like the Greater Kudu or the Fringe-Eared Oryx. Drive to the lodge or campsite after dusk for dinner and overnight.

    DAY 2: : NGORONGORO CRATER

1hrs drive to Ngorongoro Crater and 6-8hrs game drive in the Crater

After a hearty breakfast, head to the Ngorongoro Crater by road in your safari jeep. The trip passes over the Great Rif Valley Escarpment, which provides a broad view of Lake Manyara Park at sunrise. The park is surrounded by verdant forests, and pink flamingos can be seen soaring through the sky. Your guide offers to let you stop at the crater observation point with your binoculars to take in everything that is visible before you descend the crater floor. Then descend 610 metres to the Ngorongoro Crater's Caldera bottom, which is regarded by some as the world's eighth wonder.

As soon as you catch a sight of this enormous, lush caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, you will see why it has gained such a prestigious reputation worldwide. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the most sought-after safari locations worldwide, with over 120 species of mammals, including the renowned Big Five, calling it home. Nobody is willing to miss it. It's a particularly ideal site to witness the pride of lions and vast numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water, as well as the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a solitary lunch out on the grass plains.

Some of the most famous faces in Africa may be seen and photographed from the comfort of your open-roof top safari vehicle. In addition to a sizable population of wildebeest, zebras, antelope, cape buffalo, and other animals, the crater is home to numerous predators including as lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas. It is undoubtedly among the best places in Africa to go on safari. Following the day's adventures and excitement, you'll enjoy a picnic lunch at Lake Magadi's edge, where you can get the best views of the flamingos. Drive to the resort or campsite for dinner and an overnight stay in the late afternoon after climbing the crater wall.
